Beirut Animation Nights is currently the only animation festival in Lebanon. Founded in 2023 by Lebanese animation director Nicolas Fattouh, the festival aims to showcase the beauty and artistry of animated films with a particular focus on emerging voices from the arab world.

Our vision is to bridge the gap between animation enthusiasts, emerging and established creators, producers, and animation professionals—fostering a vibrant platform for the exchange of ideas, skills, and inspiration.

The festival is built on three core pillars:

The Artistic Program, The Animation Challenge, and the Talks & Workshops.

Beirut Animation Nights 2026 is organized in partnership with Cinema Royal, Académie Libanaise des Beaux Arts, Dreambig Studio, Facila Foundation, Annecy International Animation Film Festival, and Beirut Film Society.
